The board consists of 3 elected positions; President, Secretary, and Treasurer. Each elected official then chooses 1 assistant of their choice to help out with the tasks of running the club. In the event of a board vote, each board member gets one vote, and the assistants get a combined vote of 1 (1/3 vote per assistant). The founder is an advisory position held by Stephen. In the event of a tied board vote, the founder will then vote on the topic at hand.
